Process of Making Desi Bilona Ghee:
- Step-1: Boil 100 liters of milk upto 100°C.
- Step-2: Keep the milk stands till its temperature gets reduced to room temperature.
- Step-3: Add 3 Spoons of curd to milk.
- Step-4: Leave it for 8 to 12 hours till it becomes curd.
- Step-5: Mix the curd by blender and extract butter out of it.
- Step-6: Boil the butter and you will have near to 3.5 Kg of Bilona Ghee Ready.
