Return Policy

Shoonya will not accept refund requests after an order is confirmed. However, for any of the below circumstances, we are more than willing to find a solution that works best for both parties involved. If the shipment is damaged Please notify Shoonya of the damage within 3 days of delivery via email to support@shoonyafarms.com Please include clear images of the following in the email: Packaging box 2-3 images of the damaged item Please also include in the email: Invoice copy Order number Please note that only the damaged product will be replaced/refunded, in the case of multiple item shipments Please allow 24-48 hours for us to respond to your email and come up with the best solution in your case. We assure to provide a swift resolution and prompt refund or replacement, as is acceptable in your case. Please note that Shoonya will not be liable for any action if damage of the product or packaging is found to be a result of negligence by the recipient in the handling or storage of the product.
